Therapists, treatment programs, physicians, psychiatrists and case managers can refer adults and couples for counseling in Denver or by telehealth across Colorado. Send your referral through my secure form and I'll reach out to your client to schedule.

Adults 18 and older and couples. Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and most major plans, including Kaiser, Cigna, Aetna and Anthem. Insurance & Fees
Secure referral form
Please make sure your client knows about the referral and has agreed to be contacted. Don't send referral information by regular email.
The form opens in a new tab and takes about 5 minutes: you, your client, the referral and consent. You'll see a confirmation message when it's submitted, and I'll get an email right away.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. I see clients with Health First Colorado (Medicaid). Send the referral and I'll reach out to your client to set up a consultation.
Do you see clients stepping down from IOP or PHP?
Yes. I've worked in PHP and IOP settings and welcome clients continuing their recovery in outpatient care. Therapy after IOP or rehab
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, for clients anywhere in Colorado, as well as in person at my Denver office.
Will you update me after my client starts?
With your client's written permission, I'm glad to share updates and coordinate care.
Who isn't a good fit?
