Therapy for ADHD and Autistic Adults in Denver

Neurodivergent-affirming therapy starts from the idea that your brain isn't broken. It works differently. Together we focus on what helps you thrive, not on making you fit someone else's mold.

What we might work on

  • Burnout, overwhelm and shutdowns
  • Masking and the exhaustion that comes with it
  • Planning, starting tasks, time and follow-through
  • Emotional regulation and sensory needs
  • Relationships, communication and self-advocacy
  • Making sense of a new diagnosis or self-discovery
  • Trauma alongside neurodivergence

My approach

I adapt therapy to how you process: clear structure when it helps, flexibility when it doesn't, and room for sensory and communication preferences. I draw on DBT skills, ACT and neuroscience-informed tools for nervous system regulation, always shaped around your goals rather than a checklist.

Questions about neurodivergent-affirming therapy

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. Self-identified and questioning adults are welcome.

Do you provide ADHD or autism testing?

I don't provide testing. For ADHD or autism evaluations, I refer to Walker Psychological Services, and I can support you before and after an evaluation.
