Pranic Healing is a holistic energy practice developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. It's based on the idea that the body has a natural ability to restore balance, and that this process can be supported by working with prana, the life force that surrounds and moves through us.
Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and can happen in person or remotely, from a distance. There is no physical contact, no massage and no special equipment. You stay fully clothed and simply rest.
I've practiced Pranic Healing since 2016, after experiencing its benefits in my own life, and I'm currently working on my Associate Certificate in Pranic Healing.
Pranic Healing is designed to support the physical, emotional and psychological body by helping to clear and balance energy. People come to it for a wide range of reasons, including:
Many people find sessions deeply relaxing and grounding, and say they leave with a greater sense of calm and overall well-being. Experiences vary from person to person.
You can choose to integrate Pranic Healing into your therapy work with me, where it can complement the other approaches we use, or have it as a standalone session if you're looking specifically for a holistic, energy-based experience. It's always your choice, and therapy clients are never required to try it. About spiritually open therapy
