Therapy After IOP, PHP or Rehab in Denver

Finishing a structured program is a big step, and the weeks after can feel exposed. Outpatient therapy keeps your momentum going. I've worked inside partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs since 2022, so I know what you've been building.

What we focus on

  • Keeping momentum after discharge
  • Turning group skills into everyday habits
  • Relapse prevention and handling triggers
  • Rebuilding routines, work and relationships
  • Continuing trauma work when you are ready, including EMDR
  • Coordinating with your program, with your consent

A steady next step

We'll build on the skills you practiced in your program, especially DBT skills for distress and emotions, and shape them around your real life. As you settle in, we can make room for deeper trauma work at a pace that feels safe.

This page is for people stepping down from mental health, trauma or substance use programs alike.

Questions

Can I schedule before I discharge?

Yes. Many people request a consultation before their program ends, so there's no gap in support.

Can you talk with my treatment team?

With your written permission, I can coordinate with your program or aftercare plan.

Do you take Medicaid?

Yes. I see clients with Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and Colorado Access, and I'm in network with Kaiser and most major plans.
