What this can look like

  • Bringing your spiritual language and practices into sessions
  • Exploring meaning, purpose and identity
  • Healing from religious or spiritual harm
  • Grounding and nervous-system practices alongside therapy
  • Life transitions and spiritual growth or questioning
  • Adding Pranic Healing, if you choose

Grounded in evidence, open to meaning

My clinical work is evidence-based and trauma-informed, drawing on EMDR, DBT, ACT and CBT. Being spiritually open means I respect what is meaningful to you and make room for it, without judgment.

I won't push any belief system, and spiritual practices never replace therapy. If you'd like, Pranic Healing is available as a separate, optional service.

Questions

Do I have to be spiritual to work with you?

Not at all. Clients of every background and belief, including none, are welcome.

Will you judge my beliefs or practices?

No. Your practices are part of who you are, and you're welcome to talk about them as much or as little as you like.

Is Pranic Healing part of therapy?

Only if you want it to be. It's a complementary practice, offered separately and never required.
